At Portobello Fashion LTD. ("Skeept", "we", "us"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights for returning products.

This policy is divided into two parts based on UK law:

  1. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (if you change your mind)
  2. Your Statutory Rights for Faulty Goods (if there is a problem with the item)

1. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your contract with us for any reason.

Return Window
You have 14 days to cancel your order. This "cooling-off" period begins on the day after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.

How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision.

  1. You must contact us by email at info@skeept.co.uk within the 14-day period.
  2. Please state clearly that you wish to cancel and include your name and order number.
  3. You must then return the items to us without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your cancellation.

Return Shipping Costs (Change of Mind)

  • For a "change of mind" return, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the full cost of the return postage.
  • We recommend using a trackable service, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.

Conditions for Refund (Change of Mind)

  • Products must be returned in their original, saleable condition. This means unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (i.e., handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function, such as what would be permitted in a shop).

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene)

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept "change of mind" returns for socks if the sealed packaging has been opened or the hygiene seals are broken.

2. Your Statutory Rights for Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have separate legal rights if the goods you receive are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Short-Term Right to Reject

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive the goods to reject them and claim a full refund if they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement.

How to Return Faulty Goods

  1. Please contact us immediately at info@skeept.co.uk.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the fault, and, if possible, photos of the issue.
  3. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping Costs (Faulty Goods)

  • If you are returning goods because they are faulty, we (Portobello Fashion LTD.) will pay for the reasonable costs of the return postage. We will advise you on the return method when you contact us.

3. Processing Your Refund

When will I be refunded?

  • For "Change of Mind" returns: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back at our warehouse, or (if earlier) the day you provide evidence of having sent them.
  • For "Faulty Goods" returns: We will process your refund within 14 days of agreeing that a refund is due.

How will I be refunded?

  • All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., the card used via Worldpay).

What will be refunded?

  • For "Change of Mind" returns: We will refund the amount you paid for the product(s). We do not refund the original delivery charge.
  • For "Faulty Goods" returns: We will refund the full cost of the product, the original delivery charge, and your reasonable return postage costs.
